wish to inform that we are organising a classic/BMW Mini drive to Lumut, one night stay in a beach resort(4star), particular as follows,

The Drive: All Classic & BMW Mini owners, beach resort, convoy driving, beautiful scenic country roads, toll & fuel on your own (dinner location proposed by organizer)

Meeting & Start Point: Petronas Station, after IKANO-IKEA, Damansara Perdana
Date & Time: 7.30am. Saturday, 22nd.August 2009 . Punctuality is much appreciated, organizer will not wait for late arrivals.
The Route: Sungei Buloh-Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam, Lumut - All fuel stops, rest & relax stops are designated by organizer.
Your Mini: All participants to ensure that their vehicles are in good running condition, minor breakdown assistance available at the discretion of organizer. All vehicles are expected to have their own recovery tools/equipment. First Aid box in your vehicle are highly recommended.

Rules & Regulations: All participants are to abide by instruction/rules dictated by the organizer before, during and end of trip, and at all times. The organizer reserves the right to restrict/bar any participant/s flouting the rules/regulation or driving in a dangerous manner during the trip. Malaysian Road Safety regulation is to be observed by all participants at all times. Organizer reserves the right/discretion/decision whether a vehicle/s is unable to continue the trip if a major breakdown occurs(no refund will be entertained in such case). All vehicles are deemed to be insured and with valid road tax. Organizer will not be responsible for any mishaps/accidents involving any participants/vehicles during the said trip.

1) when you say "all classic & BMW mini", what do u mean by "ALL CLASSIC"?? Do you mean old minis or other classic cars??

2)When you say "convoy driving, beautiful scenic country roads, toll & fuel on your own"
Why is there toll charges unless you're taking the highway???

3)When you say "The Route: Sungei Buloh-Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam, Lumut - All fuel stops, rest & relax stops are designated by organizer.", What if one of the drivers has a small fuel tank???

4) Why is ur hotel rates so expensive when the most expensive is not more than 180 if booked many rooms??

5) What type of food is being served or organized?? Is it HALAL??? Will there be PORK and BEEF served?? You do know there are Muslims and Hindus that would like to participate...

Why is there toll charges unless you're taking the highway??? anyone can opt to come home by highway if there is a turn off to highway, to inform organiser

3)When you say "The Route: Sungei Buloh-Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam, Lumut - All fuel stops, rest & relax stops are designated by organizer.", What if one of the drivers has a small fuel tank??? organiser is drivng a high fuel consumption classic Mini

4) Why is ur hotel rates so expensive when the most expensive is not more than 180 if booked many rooms?? thats the only available as others are fullybooked or more expensive due to buka puasa & scholl holidays, mind recommending a cheaper resort?

5) What type of food is being served or organized?? Is it HALAL??? Will there be PORK and BEEF served?? You do know there are Muslims and Hindus that would like to participate... quite a few good places for dinner(Sat.) halal, indian and non halal, we live in malaysia,
